This movie was played by Debby Ryan as Abby is heroin and Jean luc bilodeau as Jai is the hero. In this movie Abby will celebrated her 16 years old birthday. Abby have 16 wishes that she write on paper and she hope when her 16 birthday come, the magical will happen to her life. Abby have father, mother and one younger brother that very love her. Abby also have the same birthday with her, that is Krista. Krista very hate Abby and always to beat Abby in all thing.
When Abby birthday come, she house was swarming with bees and only the paper that have Abby wishes which safe carried out from their house. Krista get the car from she family gift. Abby very sad and she very hope magical will happen to her life. Abby house must left temporarily. Abby want go to college with the nightdress. While she on the way to the bustop, she meet with Jai which waiting for her. Jai was give the beautiful neckless 'bestfriend forever' to Abby. When they talking, one bus was stop in front of them. Abby get present from the girl that down from the bus. Abby open the present eventhough Jai was angry because he worried if the present is bom. Abby shock when her look the present is candle and matchstics. She try to burn the candle number 8, and suddenly, the wishes number 8 that she write down on the paper has reached.
Abby and Jai shock when the favourite artist come to Abby and kiss her. that is the number 8 wishes.
Abby confidence that is the magical candle. so, she try burn the candle number 1, that have the wishes 'when Abby was 16 years old, she will have her own car.' And the red sport car was show in front of them with driver. Abby and jai go to college with the car. when they arrive in college, krista look to them and feel so jealous to Abby. Krista was plan to become the student president in their college. Krista want to fight with Abby.But Abby vey happy because she have the magical candle that can help her. Krista was lose to Abby, and Abby become the student president without know the Jai feeling that want to become the president. Jai feel dissapoint because his know that Abby will be changed.
In evening, Abby was invite Jai to be she patner go to shopping. On the way, the jai wallet was fall and Krista take it. Jai was fall in love with Abby when he saw Abby use the beautiful clothes. When they want to pay the price of clothes, Jai aware that he wallet is gone. The worker in the shop was angry to them and say that they is the children that still not mature. Abby feel so angry and enter to the fittiing room and burn candle that have wish 'when Abby was 16, Abby will get the first service and she will be served like woman.' When Abby come out, Jai was gone and the worker served her very kind. Abby very happy and go to college to invite all her friend to her 16 years old party. But, all she friend doesn't know her. Jai also doesn't know her. Abby was shocked and go to she family. she mom and dad was provide Abby one apartmen because they want Abby life with own self. They tell Abby, that Abby was 21 years old and it's not suitable to live together with them.
Abby sad and look around, everything do their own work. Abby want her life in 16 years old. she crying and suddenly, come fairies to her. if Abby want change, she must do before 12.00 a.m come. Abby look she 16 wishes paper if she can find idea to change. Finally, Abby found that the last wishes not achieve. So, she has change the wishes. When she burn the last candle, all is gone and she become 16 years old. Abby find Krista and apology to Krista. They become the bestfriend. Abby and Krista plan that Jai will become the president. So, lastly jai become the president of the college. Abby and Krista together celebrate they 16 birthday party. Jai and Abby become couple in that birthday party.
